" My fascination for detective stories and this incident is correlated. This girl was so scared that kept sobbing until my grandfather gave her a large cup of tea and his nurse calmed her somehow. She was some 20ish year old. She looked extremely small but she was married. When she calmed down, she narrated her story. My grandfather asked me to go inside when he had heard just half of the story. I was just 10 so i think he didn't want me to hear what she wanted to say. At first i said no ,but i relented when i saw the serious look on his face. I had never seen my grandfather so troubled. So i went inside and crept back near the door to listen in when they started talking again."

"Fine i will tell you but you can't repeat this story to anyone" she said looking at his apprehensive face. She had raised her right brow when he didn't answer.
"Yes, yes i won't. I promise." He said crossing his heart playfully.
" ok. So you do know that my grandfather had cared for me when i was a kid. "
He nodded smiling and she continued.
" Yes so my grandfather was a doctor and my parents used to leave me in his clinic when they went to work. One day a young girl came to the clinic , crying and desperate for help..."
