Help me Lord God,
Guide me, protect me,
Shine your light so I can see,
Shine your light so they will flee,
Allow me to be the balance within
the darkness,
Use me as a vessel,
I am like a bulb,
But only when I allow your
will to flow through me,
I shine as bright as I can be,
So we all can see,
So that we all can feel,
The love as it circulates,
As it builds,
We begin to see in unison,
That it’s not weak to believe in
love with great faith,
It’s just rare,
Because it demands strength
that the weak don’t have,
Because the weak are those
foolish enough to believe,
They need no one,
Yet Lord God dwells within everyone,
Meaning not needing anyone
is stating,
You don’t need Lord God,
It’s saying you don’t cherish Love,
Or value life,
Which reveals the truth about you,
and your relationship with the
Most High,
Because God is love,
God is life,
To take either for granted,
Speaks volumes,
Without any sound!
