Maybe she felt the baggage of emotions
And, wanted to vent them out;
Sometimes, she wanted to escape
And, cherish her soltitude;
On other days she convinces herself
To make peace with all thatâs witnessed
Maybe she felt too suffocated
Maybe she felt the void inside her.-
I wonder if everyone actually or may receive the love and every other thing they deserve;
Is Karma pertinent?-
And, she now wanted to experience love
Rather, getting drunk on just the idea of it.-
Once, carefree and contented;
Drapetomania and Claustrophobia was now she associated with.-
Isolation is not always when youâre alone,
It may hit you in the midst of a crowd with familiar faces yet different intent-
Always acknowledge the moment or person who changed your perspective
For, it changed you and helped you evolve.-
Some waffles or perhaps chocolate brownie
And, chit-chatting with her mates,
Maybe, that was her perfect escape!-
Our coffee cups speak of the loneliness embedded in our hearts, enveloped by pretty smiles all day long.
