In whole Constitution of India there is written that " State will provide this or state will provide that. " But only in Fundamental duties there is written that " Every citizen should... ". And alas! State is doing everything which is expected but we citizens are not doing what is being expected.

पूरे भारत के संविधान में लिखा है कि "राज्य यह प्रदान करेगा या राज्य उसे प्रदान करेगा।" लेकिन केवल मौलिक कर्तव्यों में लिखा है कि "प्रत्येक नागरिक को ..."। और अफसोस! राज्य वह सब कुछ कर रहा है जो अपेक्षित है लेकिन हम नागरिक वह नहीं कर रहे हैं जो अपेक्षित है।
