A professional I am... A woman... With dreams like one and all... Amateur... Hence prone to mistakes... Critised... "women are best suited for rannabati (as in "cooking") ...they say... I refuse to give in... I work hard... "get married! You are already running late " they say... I fear... But I must get married... Arranged... But I am afraid... I say how do I start to think about living with someone I don't know!... They say "its a matter of habit"... "compromise"... I refuse... Marry I will but only if and when I find someone with whom I am comfortable... They rebel... I speak the truth.. I speak my heart out... They say I cannot live all alone all my life... Thus marriage is nothing but a settlement deed... I am not ready to sign up for a compromise! They seclude me... I accept it... Is it a Boon or a Curse? A boon in the form of curse...-
The world seems to move on at a rapid pace but do you find it to be anything more than a stagnant blood pool that stinks with each passing day? We claim rapid evolution but are we actually evolving? If yes, is it for the better?

Suck the happiness out of you.
Be the knight in shining armour!
Defend thyself when in distress.-
Be not oppressed-
Be like soil,
If you find a seed let it sprout!
Let your fertility bring about the best of fruits.
And if they try to spoil thee-
Disrupt their existence like an earthquake.-
Be not shy of your puny self-
Know you not how drops of water make an ocean?
Keep the best afloat;
Let the negativities drown into the depths where the rays of sun are unable to frown.-
Be not annoyed-
Be the waves in the sea like life;
Rise and be not afraid of the fall!
Look out at the shore;
Do you not see how hard all are trying to rise?

Be like sand oh dear soul!
You hold within yourself the infinite granules of talents and experiences;
Let the hands of criticism grasp you tight in it's fist-
Only to find that you have slipped through the cracks in between.-
Fear not-
Be a matchstick, capable of illuminating candles;
Powerful enough to burn down the straw- like society!

We've been here from the very inception-
In this Palace Of Illusion!
We've seen the glorious men,
We've heard the death knell;
We've seen the fair faces;
We've seen the litigants and the cases...
We've seen the lush greens,
Getting converted into enormous buildings!
We've heard the roars from the Edens-
And have also heard the landmark judgements...
We've seen the open corridors,
And even after the doors were closed.
We hope you'll take good care of us
Or it may so happen that you'll not see any more of us...-
