Pleasure vs Happiness
Pleasure is great but after a point always makes you sad. Whether it be the chocolate fudge cake , great sex or an interesting conversation or even cake with sex and conversation. Too much of it in one go makes us sad. It's good in dozes.

Happiness is about fulfillment . About satisfaction. Not with what is, or what we have but what we are !
