Melancholy

Hey you little girl,
you′re shining like a thousand pearls.
Glowing like a star,
in a distant light,
you can change the seasons at will.
A little hut upon the hill,
gazing on in wonder,
on this melancholic night.

Came along and she showed the way,
well no one was meant to stay.
Gazing on in wonder,
as she gave it all, left me in an utter awe.

I feel it in my bones the songs of dawn,
whispers in my being the darkness has gone.
O morning, who will calm you now,
the evening has eclipsed once again,
as I gaze at this translucent night.

Yesterday once more

A withered notion made,
at the very threshold of my pain.
I couldn't comprehend my will towards her,
as I was clouded by my trifled anger.

It touches me on a familiar note,
as I stood there all alone to bloat.
Years passed by,
and I find myself back at the dawn.

Looking back on how it was in years gone by,
and the good times that I had.
Makes today seem rather sad,
perhaps so much has changed.

Although I couldn't touch your vicinity,
through your ever-loving ville of serenity.
The times did melt away, and now
it's yesterday once more...

Blurry lines and dark nights,
he was afraid of the dark, as I am.
Even they cried before taking his life,
for he was afraid of the dark.

An angel was done wrong that evening,
His loved ones hated and resented him.
They put him in the dark,
showed a deaf ear to his woes and cries.
He screamed in pain,
and eventually embraced the dark,
hereby shutting the pair,
once and for all.

Perpetual burn

I gazed upon this merriment of mine,
past times of folly, I dubbed them as glory.
Taken over by greed and resentment,
perhaps I was too blind and dazed.

Reality's a three way, a scenery defined,
by tomorrow dubbed a mystery and the past just blurry lines.
If there's ever been injustice in my name, I bow unto blame.

Drifting like a cast off, the shadows got it good.
With constant companions, would that I could,
further afield my nemesis on stilts was gaining on me.

I wish I could,
set the world on fire with bitter sweet desire,
to chase away the night, let the whole world burn.
Set the world on fire for bliss in sweet denial, oblivion and peace.
Will you let me burn??

Angst

A rather strange ghast of lonely desires,
gets on the stumbled senses of her resting vigour.
She often gazes out from her trifled cage of thoughts,
how did this fellany befell unto her, she wonders.

A bunch of paper flowers or a little girl left all alone,
She cries in pain,
"Can somebody hear me, I'm screaming from so far away?
morning who will calm you now, the evening has eclipsed again".

They justified the cause for which father gave up his life,
The ache is long gone but it never stops staring along,
The water in the seas are high, and all the sand castles have drowned.
"Can this life get any better?
More yesterdays than today,
how I thought the sun would shine tomorrow,
but it rained...

Ballad

People come to me to find solace.
Needless to say,
the manifestations of my emotions are awful.

This was exactly when I heard her manifestations,
her promised longings, unanswered and beaten,
I long for none but her serenity, as folly as taken.

Solace it is, I need not,
awaits afar, my arrival towards her subdued and forsaken tune,
such is her thoughtful ballad...

Dancing iridescence

Lonely girl, dancing in the music pearl,
Dance, my dear, this was authentic you who blew me cold.
He had no chance to realize,
it hit her straight between the eyes,
so I've been told.

Lovely lady smile,
now it's falling all the time,
into the void beyond her gray eyes.
Yet she dreams of his arrival someday.

Lonely boy, gazing on the afternoon,
people drifting across the surface of the twilight day.
Perhaps, he dreams of what could have been,
lies on the floor, his days on a noted glimpse lean...

What is this sudden conjecture,
that befell upon this very night?
I tried not to lament on her lamenting note,
as she cried out her heart so loud.

I tried to console her sombre eyes,
she asked for my comforting lap and weary touch.
How could I now?
We are two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl,
year after year.

This very conjecture once, took place in the past,
when I was on my knees.
I stood there hopelessly and watched the sand castle crumble,
for this very night has returned those forsaken times,
into this chaotic mind of mine, as we are in a rumble.
Your arrival brought about joy to this hopeless heart,
your departure will make the fear return once again...

Under a canopy of stars,
where thought and truth divorce,
in that latticework of dreams, we are shameless.
I want to run away with you,
somewhere they cannot undo,
and together we'll make our sweet escape...
