ಅವಳ ಆಲಿಂಗನದ ಅಗಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಹೆದರಿದೆ ಮನ ಹೀಗಾಗಿ,
ಈ ಇರುಳು ಹೀಗೆ ಇರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿದೆ ಧ್ವನಿ ಜೋರಾಗಿ.

ಅವಳ ಕಿರುನಗೆಯ ತುಟಿಯಂಚಿನಲಿ,
ಆ ನಯನಗಳ ಹುಡುಗಾಟದಲಿ,
ಅವಳ ನಾಜೂಕು ನಡಿಗೆಯಲಿ,
ಆ ಮೃದುಗಲ್ಲದ ಸಿಹಿ ಗುಳಿಯಲಿ,
ಆ ಮಧುರ ಕ್ಷಣದ ಎದೆ ಬಡಿತದಲಿ,

ನಾ ಮನಸೋತಿದ್ದು,
ಈ ಅಮರತ್ವದ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಸೆಲೆಯಲಿ.

ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಡಿ ಮಳೆಯ ಕಂಡಾಗ
ಸಖಿಯ ಅಪ್ಪುಗೆಯಲಿ ಮೈಮರೆತು ಮಿಂದಾಗ
ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಅಂದ ಮನದುಂಬಿ ನಿಂತಾಗ
ಕನಸೊ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯೊ ಅರಿಯದಾಯಿತು ಕಣ್ಣತೆರೆದಾಗ.

The screams went unheard in those roaring thunders.
Even the brightest lightning failed to get me out of this darkness.
May be the clouds are crying with me, with all those gloomy shades.
May be the weeps weren't enough for this despair.
For it's depth is unknown, for it's full of melancholy.
I know I have my loved ones around me!
I'm aware of that, I will be loved instead of all my flaws and imperfections.
But my brain shouts a different story, like a abondoned man on a small island.
May this is what they call depression.
May this is what they call dying when you are alive.
