I learned in my short long life that:

Gaining trendy clothes, makeup kit or a fairer skin doesn't make you beautiful.

Gaining confidence does because at the end all that matters is how you perceive yourself not how the world perceive you.

I believe in the concept of "beauty is in the eye of beholder" because when someone/something becomes yours to love, your reason for bliss, it somehow appears more dazzling, more beautiful to you. It becomes your more.

WHERE DO PRINCE CHARMING EXIST

They do exist, outside of the fairytales
Out in their tangible forms
Some find them in one go
Others may have to bide their time
Kiss a few frogs before encountering them

Oh and they are definitely flawed
But then perfection is tedious
Who needs a spiritless paragon
When you can have someone to argue with
Know the exhilaration of an argument well won

And my dears, do remember
That you are your own fairy godmother
Holding them in your fairy enthral
Making them the prince among ordinary
Showering them with your fairy magic

CORRUPTION!!
Just read an article about Corruption Perceptions Index 2016 which was released on jan 25 this year. India’s score in the latest ranking, however, remained unchanged , which implies we are as corrupt of the nation as we ever were, our freedom to speech is still hampered and Transparency in gov. is still opaque at it's best. This is a matter of grave contemplation that why are we still not moving towards being a non corrupt nation even though our gov. Says that there has been no corruption during their tenure. The only way we can get our country to improve is by not blindly praising our gov. And by criticizing the gov. For all it's problematic decisions. And also by not getting sidelined from the main issues by petty grievances of religion and caste because there is a bigger identity of a human being than his caste or religion and that is his humanity as well as his nation.

Girlfriend : If I would meet a guy much more handsome than you then i would admire him, if I meet a guy much more humorous/amiable than you then i would try to be his friend but admiration or friendship doesnot equate to love, my sweet. So no one can replace you, my love.

Children are inquisitive and trusting which leads them to discover either unseen marvels or unfathomable dangerous.

Adults are worldly and cautious which keeps them safe but also prevents them from exploring all those wondrous mysteries.

I wonder which one is better curious naivety or cynical safety??
