The necessity to let my emotions out
in the world full of listeners.

that runs into circles,
and still people would walk onto it.

Because when given a choice,
moving on is better than be stuck.

If loving you meant
burning together,
then I would gladly
be burnt to ashes.

हाँ याद कर लेता हूँ तुम्हें.
हर दफ़ा ना सहीं,
हर जगह ना सहीं

बस इतना याद कर लेता हूँ
जैसे कोई यादगार क़िस्सा
जैसे ज़िंदगी का कोई अहम हिस्सा.

हाँ तुम आज मेरे पास नहीं,
हाँ तुम आज मेरे साथ नहीं.
तुम्हारा नहीं होना भी अब कोई ग़म नहीं.
तुम नहीं हो, ख़ैर कोई बात नहीं

हाँ, अब भी याद कर लेता हूँ तुम्हें,
पर ये याद कर कर के क्या ही हो जाएगा?
तुम से ज़्यादा तुम्हारी यादें साथ दे रही हैं,
शायद यादों से ही मेरा दिन चल जाएगा.

Let me go to the unknown places.
Maybe somewhere within the journey,
and just before the destination,
I'll find myself.

difficult to be dealt with.

They're violent enough to
blow away my inner peace,
making me restless,
yet forcing me to pretend
to the whole world that
it doesn't bother me.

Will you be my lamp to guide me home?

Because I'm tired of meeting
people I shouldn't have met,
who leave to places
I shouldn't have gone to.

I've been cluelessly wandering
on these roads for long,
Feeling so lost for ideas
that I look for hope every moment.

And I keep asking myself
"Will you be my lamp
to guide me home?",
as if the answer I'm looking for
would be somewhere within me.

Writing poetries about personal grief,
and letting the world read all of it.

I search for words which
could express everything
that's within me.

I guess searching empty boxes
won't take me anywhere.

I don't know how much you know me.
All I know is that I really love
how our conversations flow.
And it is something I don't want to miss.
