Hey, drowned in a pile of irretrievable codes. Don't see the light at the end of tunnel yet. Cheers

Basking in the moonlight
Under the Brooklyn bridge
South winds reveal a blight
Yonder moon's but a midge-
Life is not about
Sailing in fair wind,
Not even about
Getting tossed around
In a sea of pain.
It's all as ordained,
You're as much the sea
In Nature's design.-
Cryptic Quote
When the Creator comes to close your book
He writes against your name
Not a count of the laurels you fetched
But, the flowers you watered in life.-
The birds can't keep a secret.
The one that sees a man with grains
Tells it to the tree in great detail.
The tree tells it to the whole forest,
The forest is agog with bird shrills
That makes the man scram in fear.-
Restraining my roguish canine
Allowing him just a safe range
I walked out to the little bird,
Nature's gentlest singing creature
Barely the size of my one palm
Offering her a handful grains
While my cur watched in utter awe.-
Curled up in an easy chair
With a tome by Alistair,
Lost myself where eagles dare.-
