Ye bhi maana ki meri baaton mein teri fikr nahi hai,
Par kabhi tum bhi toh dekho inn aakhon mein jhaak kar,
Kya pata kisi dard ke peeche wo zikr aur teri fikr chhupi ho,
Kya pata kisi baat ke peeche wo dua band ho,
Kaash teri befikri ek ghane badal ki tarah hat jaaye ek din,
Kaash tujhe bhi ehsaas ho kitna tanha hu main tere bin,
Aisa nahi ki tu mere paas nahi hai,
Par ye zarur hai ki pas ho ke bhi tu mere saath nahi hai..!!

As the day swoops by,
I wonder how things have turned,
Things that were so simple to understand once,
Now overgrown,

not to hide what lies within,

My emotions did,
With time and too much care,
Care, that I should do less,
Coz finding smiles in simple things of life is easy,
But my soul searches to lament,
To feel guilty of what I do not possess,
Rather than pride in what I contain,
Still I smile,
As this mask helps me seem confident,
And as this mask wears off slowly through the day,
I seep into darkness and lurk there,
For a while to gather myself again,
To hold all the falling pieces,
Not wanting anyone else to see,
And withstanding all with courage,
And so I smile,
Coz I know my true strength,
And it’s not seen in the smile,
It’s in me who carries it with scars,
Scars that people feel have healed,
But it’s me who carries them with pride..!!

The day around the afternoon seems blue,
Coz morning started with books and now nothing to do,
Just wish these days ended of being at home,
But the heart keeps wandering and ready to roam,
It seems these days are just testing me out,
Sometimes it seems I just need to shout out
All my frustration that reside deep within,
And throw away all worries in the bin,
Coz it won’t help much to sulk all day,
M much better happy and happy I should stay,
Coz my smile is cute and endears all around,
So I love myself with joys unbound,
With who I am and who I will be,
My body within doors but mind set free,
To leap ahead and reach the starry sky,
I may be crawling now but m born to fly..!!
