Do not portray your employees to the management in a different sense.
Manage human resources as your own resource.
They have a family which they invariably and consistently think about, many mouths to feed and ear to listen to mockery from society.

Be kind to them they may be already fighting a bigger battle with themselves.

You feel that all of your hard/smart work and all that you gave physically/mentally at the end boils down to ZERO.

Whether there was something left that you could have done. You ought to ask yourself the same question again.

সেই যে খুশি তে পাশে থাকুক না থাকুক,

নিজের ছায়া তে পাবে,

সেই যে গত সময় কে ভুলতে পারে না,
তবু নিজের পরিচয় দিতে চায় না,

সেই যে তোমার দুঃখ শুনে নিজের দুঃখ ভুলে,
তোমার সঙ্গে চলার ক্ষমতা রাখে,

সেই যে ভালো কাজ করলে বেশ কিছু বলে না,
ভুল হলে মুখে ভুল জানিয়ে দায়,

সেই লোক আর যা খুশি হতে পারে, সেই ক-একজন হয়তো
শুধু মানুষ হয়ে মানবতা দেখানর জন্য এই সব করে না ।।
