I grew up thinking that I'll fall in love someday with the man of my dreams. And all I remember is just how much I wanted to feel what my favorite heroines in Mills and Boon novels felt for their heartthrob boyfriends.

How I now wish I had never made that wish.

I met the man of my dreams in college. After a turbulence two year romance, we broke up, because I thought 'he ain't the one'. I decided I liked him, it wasn't love.

Years later, after I had married and made babies with another man, I realized I still had 'feelings' for my Dream Man.

I left my home and family to go find him and tell him that. And found him living in sin with a curvaceous Latina in the Caribbeans.

Unfortunately, he had fallen 'out of love' with me the day I dumped him.

Such is the nature of love. Leaving a middle aged woman with grown children and a doting husband alone and confused.
