गुज़रा तो है पर कुछ गुज़रा सा नहीं ये साल,
गले से नीचे फाँस की तरह उतरा सा नहीं ये साल,
बरसों बरस तक रूहों को कंपाता, झिंझोड़ता रहेगा,
कि कितने गुज़रे, ये गिनती रखता सा नहीं ये साल,
कुछ घर पहुंचने को, तो कुछ घर से निकलने को तरसे,
कि गुज़ारा चलाने की कश्मकश, समझा सा नहीं ये साल,
जो भी हो, अच्छा या बुरा, था तो वक़्त ही आख़िर,
कि गुज़रना ही था इसे, चलो.... गुज़र ही गया ये साल।

मिलता नहीं चैन ओ सुकूँ यहाँ आसानी से जीवन में,
किस्मत में बन्दे तेरी, वो बात होनी चाहिए।

मिलती होंगी शायद खुशियाँ कुछ अलग ही बाज़ारों में,
खुश रहने की भी इस दुनिया में औकात होनी चाहिए।

अब सोचना उसे है कि मेरी परेशानियाँ दूर कैसे हों।

Life is a game of candy crush!!

You begin with a few hopes (lives)
And with time you keep shattering and rebuilding them,
Sometimes, you lose a level, and then you try again,
You put in all your efforts (color bombs, combination candies and crush lollies),
Sometimes, you win,
Sometimes you lose,
Sometimes, it looks like you are losing,
But then, just one sudden miracle
(color bomb or any one of those goodies) saves your life,
It gives you so many options to win your game,
So you are motivated to fight till the end,
That sugar crush is the satisfying reward of your hard work....

And then, sometimes some levels can be passed,
Only through luck,
When no gifts, goodies or lives help you,
You just keep trying and wait for that one combination of candies
That would get you through that hard level.
Some people cheat,
They gain lives by turning ahead time,
And you feel you cannot beat them at the game,
But, soon they realize that cheating can give you lives,
But it cannot make you clear levels,
It's all effort, luck and the right timing.
That's what life is made of!!

There's a lot to learn from a surfer.
He ducks to let a strong wave pass over to stay afloat and when the time is right he rides the wave standing tall over it.

So when things are not in your favour just duck and let the storm pass over. Your time WILL come and you WILL ride the waves!!
