My Guru Swami Chinmayananda taught me following:
Remember him while I talk on phone; write mail; send letters

1. Whenever you say Hello or address in a mail, remember the face and Smile. Other person can for sure see your Smile.

2. Whenever I fold the letter and insert into an envelope; crease should crisp and folding width to be uniform

3. When you write on a paper,
- use few or no abbreviations;
- good and legible handwriting; and
- above all the line should be perfectly horizontal.

4. I have copied his small signature; so I remember when I sign any paper.
