You have the most beautiful eyes, he said.
But they are just brown, what could be special about them, she asked.
Eyes like golden skies, as if they have drowned the sun in them,
eyes that reminds me of sweetness of honey, ambery warmth of love
eyes like dark woods, to be lost and
never found,
eyes like burning stars, like mysteries of universe, yet to be discovered,
eyes worth loving and dying for,
he replied.-
Ishq agar karna hi hai, toh raat ki tarah karo,
Jisse chand bhi qabool hai, aur uske daag bhi..-
We change.
Every day. Every hour.
Every minute.
We are not who we were yesterday.
We are not who we will be tomorrow.
We are not even who we think we are right now.
We are fluid, dynamic, evolving.
You won’t find the same person twice, not even in the same person.
That’s the beauty and the tragedy of life.

Kisi sham aao tum kuch waqt lekar…
Mujhe khwabon ko hakikat karna hai,
Shikayat bhi karni hai tumse tumhari
Tumhari majburiyon ko bhi sun-na hai,
Waise to toot jata hu tumhari yaado me,
Ab tumhari baahon me bikharna hai,
Mujhe sona hai tumhari ankhon se,
Subah tumhari bahon me fir jagna hai.

Agar woh puch le kaise hai hum,
Bas itna hi hai mere har dard ka marham!-
Lost in ocean of memories,
At times low, at times high tides.
Life is struggling all alone,
Deep within, no where besides.
Trying to find my roots,
But waves don’t let me reach.
They push me up or down,
Don’t see clarity underneath.
I neither see a beginning,
Nor do I see any where an end.
I am floating over a body,
Even my body is not my friend.
I will leave this body a day,
And move on to another site.
There won’t be any change,
I’ll continue to face same tides.

Woh dil jo aaj pathar hue baitha hai,
Chot uspe kabhi gehri lagi hogi
Jo har baat aaj hansi mai udata hai,
Koi baat usse bahut gehri lagi hogi.-
So I bravely choose
to put my fragile heart
in your hands
knowing you could drop it
but trusting that I
can pick up the pieces
if you do.-
