There is nothing wrong in apologizing any person though it's not your mistake, for the peace of mind and to maintain relations. If they couldn't identify your heart or value, it shows something.is wrong with them and you are perfect. Learn this as a lesson and never put your self-respect aside. Such people can never identify your value. Do anything for your self-respect. Just ignore such people.
