Work or family? One always need to agree that family is undoubtedly important and it does act like a support system. Yet, 'Bread and Butter' comes from the work. Therefore, yes sometimes one need to make tough decisions and put their work and commitments ahead of their family. However society and your own family might think about you being 'Selfish'. Let them think and don't let the external pressures pull you back from your commitments.

दिल अब तुझे क्या ग़म है? अब ना ही वो साथ सनम है और ना ही वो हमदम है।

बहुत आज़माइश करली ज़माने ने, अभी जिस्म शिकस्ता है, हौसला शिकन नहीं।

रुखसत कर दिया है उसे इन यादों से, अब कोई भरम नहीं, कोई तमन्ना नहीं।

बहुत सुन ली ज़माने की मशवरा,अब किया है ये फैसला.
सुन्ननी है अब दिल की, फिर चाहे बुरा हो या भला।
