The heron,
in the mud,
is still white.

Communicating
about the anger
I am feeling
is not communicating
with anger.
The good use
of anger is to direct it
towards what I want
to build.

A loving relationship
will never be able to fill
the void inherent in being.

But it can provide contours
so that the void does not spread
and become an abyss.
