Well..
It all started on the day
I held my first glass of red wine.
Not as good writer as you,
But I knew that our poems would rhyme like few.
"The Butterflies" it said,
The couple of dates it chased.
Long drives felt fleeting,
And onli drinks lend a hand in completing.
All the tinny tiny moments we assemble,
Not all of those this poem could resemble.
It's just us at the end of the day,
"You better come in my dream"
is all I would love to say.❤️

Is the new learning you earn.
The old mindset you burn,
In the wild generation you run.

If you don't come out of your shell,
You are just a nut.
Yet, if you choose to stay in your shell,
Flourish like an exorbitant pearl.

आज रूक गए थे मेरे हाथ,
थम सा गया था वो पन्ना।
जिनपर कल तक लिखा करती थी
दिन का हर वो हसीन किस्सा,
आज शायद हर वो किस्सा बन चुका था
जिंदगी का एक मामुली सा हिस्सा।
मुड कर फिर लिखना नही चाहा मेरे हाथों ने,
शब्द जो अटक गए थे उन प्यारी यादों मे।

I love you enough,
that I will always cherish your contribution in my life,
even after we get apart.

याद तो बहुत आती थी उन्की,
जो ये लिखने पर मजबूर कर देते।
व्यक्त तो हम भी करना चाहते थे,
पर वक्त वो भी नही देते।
मिलने के लिए तो हम भी बेचैन थे,
मगर किस्मत साथ नही देती।
और जब आखिर मे मिले,
तब ऐहसास हुआ की किस्मत ही हमेशा साथ मे थी।

फिर कभी जुड़े नही वो रास्ते।
बातें भी, अधूरी छूट गई थी उस वास्ते।

समंदर के लहरों बीच,
चलते चलते जूते खराब हो जाए,
तो उसे उसी पानी मे साफ कर लेना।
उन पत्थरों के बीच फिसलते देख,
जैसे थामा था मेरा हाथ तुमने,
उस आदत को हमेशा बरकरार रहने देना।
सुरज को डूबते देख,
समय का तो कुछ पता ही नही चला।
बात खत्म करने के लिए तो जनाब,
हमे उम्रभर साथ रहने देना।
कुछ शब्द दोस्ती के खातिर ही सही,
पर लिखे हे पूरे दिल से,
बस उसे प्यार का नाम देकर,
हमे एक दुसरे से जुदा न कर देना।
