Your soul is eternal
so it will live forever;

to leave this physical abode,

in a body that will erode.

to prepare for Afterlife existence;
through spiritual disciplines
you can even shorten the distance -
between this physical world
and the world of the spirit;
you don't have to wait to die
in order to come near it.
