Let me think a little less,
For the things I can never change.
Let me live a little more,
For this life will not come again.-
Running from the hard realities of life,
She tried to search for peace.
The more she ran, the more noise followed her,
She stopped to think whether it was worth running anymore.
Everytime her mind said her no more, no more.
Still there was something which kept giving her hope,
Her heart kept saying her try more, try more.-
A little boy came and showed us all what happiness is,
He showed us all what sharing is.
He bought a cup of ice cream and shared it with all,
He never thought to have it all.
He had it less but still it was enough,
Some people have it all yet it does not satisfy their thirst.
A little boy came and showed us all what caring is,
He showed us all what loving truly is.-
I wish I knew which place was my home.
The home where I grew up or the home where my husband grew.
One refuses to keep me because I am a girl, the other never accepts me saying I am not their girl.
I just needed a small space to call my own.
I just wanted to feel the peace at my home.
I just wanted a home where I am loved and cared.
I just wanted a home where they felt I am their own.
I wish I knew which place was my home.-
Early morning standing in my balcony I was just admiring all that was happening around me.
I heard the birds chirping,I saw a young man jogging, a lady cleaning her terrace, an elderly couple having tea together, a sweet little girl gardening with her father. There didn't seem any rush, to just complete one task and run to other. Rather there seemed so much satisfaction in those moments which they were living.
Maybe this is all life about...admiring the small everyday moments of one's lives.

It's easy to judge, difficult to understand.
It's easy to fight, difficult to resolve.
It's easy to give up, difficult to try one more time.
Let's change all the things which we thought were difficult to easy this time.-
A small little boy touched my heart,
His little gesture brought back some forgotten thoughts.
He sold pens at traffic signals,
And refused to take payments without giving things.
I was impressed by his honesty and dedication
I loved his sincerity and innocence
He made me believe in the goodness of this world,
His small gesture brought back many forgotten thoughts.-
Unanswered questions are better than no questions at all,
Atleast there is life in it, dreams in it, changes in it....all of which directs you, to where you wish to be.-
She worked and she worked harder
with hope that new roads will be built,
People called it her passion, some thought it was her ambition,
But she knew it was just her little dream.
Her tired eyes sought some rest,
But her dreams did not let her sleep.
She worked and she worked harder
to fulfill those tiny little dreams.
-
She looked outside the window and saw the bird flying in the sky,
She wondered if she could ever soar so high.
She imagined a hall filled with audience,
She imagined a life of fulfillment.
She imagined holding the mic,
She imagined doing what she liked.
She once again looked at the sky
And said, yes one day I will soar so high.-
