To heal from something is a long and continuous process. Be patient with yourself and don't give up.

And if you have someone in your life who is undergoing or even trying to heal themselves please be gentle with them and give them their time to heal. Because the journey towards healing is not easy as it may sound. It burns you to ashes, tears you apart and a little support and understanding is all that is needed!!
