Life is precious. But some lives are extremely precious as they touch millions of other lives !

Awareness is knowing the eternal; of which the observable nature is ever changing. But as you go deeper and deeper, you find that it is just an in-place rotation. The further deep you go, you cannot separate the ever changing and the never changing. It just remains as eternal.
And Yoga is nothing but a journey to this awareness!

For an innocent person, every morning begins with a lot of excitement and possibilities

Our awareness stops growing soon or before our body stops growing.

Just as skin is the boundary of our physical being, we set our knowledge as the boundary of our awareness.

Challenge our bringing-up and conditioning.

Beacuse the moment we know that we don't know, there begins our real freedom.
