The life of a writer
Once there was a writer, busy with rhyme,
Weaving words, but losing track of time.
Thoughts would wander, thoughts would knock,
Until he found himself in a writer’s block.
Each word was a struggle, a hill to climb,
He would start again, with words that chime.
But doubt would linger, and thoughts would bedrock,
Getting more tangled instead of breaking the lock.
Yet, each time he stumbled, he would rise with time,
Struggling, but still in search of the rhyme.
Reading others, but thoughts would mock,
Looking for prompts to break the block.
Creating stories, one line at a time,
With steady hands, he would weave the rhyme.
No longer trapped in the grip of lock,
A writer’s journey, now free from the block.-

Relying only on motivation
May invite procrastination.
Discipline is what invites exhilaration.
Stay disciplined and wait for others to say congratulations.-

I am in doubt.
To rest or take another bout?
To forgive or give clout?
To water or let it drought?
To honour or let it flout?
To grout or let them shout?
To assist or let them rout?
To correct or let them lout?
To wander or go to scout?
I am in doubt
Should I go all out?
Or should I back out?-

To insure yourself against uncertainty, you have to take the risk.
Taking risk is the only way to insure yourself against uncertainty.
Because you can't diversify your life.-
