Out in the desert, walks a man with no name.
To not fritter away surrounded by sand.
To carve out a path to the north, not written in stone.
Scores of eyeball leering through the gates of evermore,
Yet he keeps walking north to the shores of desert road.
There ain't no water, ain't no shade,
But it's miles before his final embrace.
Out in the desert, walks a man with no name.
Off to the other side he goes, he persists just because he can.
