Why Quran is called as 'Al Haq'?

The word 'Haq' has 4 different meaning. 1st meaning is to be true/real, since Quran is word of Allah it is genuine. 2nd meaning is to be right & suitable to the requirements of wisdom and justice. And we know that Quran is the book of wisdom and justice. 3rd is to be established as fact, and to happen without doubt. Quran is the fact. The 4th meaning is to be proper and to be in accord with the needs of the situation which Quran is indeed.
Thus holy Quran is called as
'Al Haq' (the Just).

Why the holy Quran is called as Al-Shifa?
The Creator has clearly told us in Quran itself that the words of the Quran are a “shifa” (healing) for all. It has been reported from various authentic Islamic sources, including the Sunnah that Reciting holy verses can bring miraculous cure to all forms of ailments. Thus holy Quran is called as Al-Shifa (the Healer).

Why Quran is called as 'Al Dhikr'?

The holy Quran is addressed as Dhikr and appears 55 times in various parts of the scripture. It was narrated in various hadees by our beloved prophet that , "The best form of Dhikr (Remembrance of Allah) is reciting the Qur'an. " As it is the call to "remember" (dhikr) an innate knowledge of God that humans already possess, thus Quran is also called as 'Al Dhikr' (The Remembrance).

Why Quran is called as 'Al Kitab'?

The holy Quran was delivered on the heart of our beloved prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as a complete book brought down by angel Gabriel. The Quran was compiled as a scripture during the lifetime of Muhammad and each word was written in the same style as it was revealed. Thus Quran is also called as 'Al Kitab' (the book).
