to break the speed of my thoughts or reads
A bookmark -my loyal friend through
my solitary journey across the dunes
the twists and turns the joys and sorrows
making me stop and ponder along the way

Ascending the staircase of awareness
Softly creeping clutching the voice
unable to emote or vocalise stifling
under debris of choking thoughts
Throttling to death life growing wild
no right to live ere it's birth
a seed quashed multifold
a quiet connection
between what we say and don't
A tempest rages within but
calm and stoic outside
Words shunned in exile not worthwhile
What if...To say or not to say?
Let it be...it's best left unsaid...
