People have eyes but I still wonder why they can't look into opportunities.

Finance and commerce background expects an engaged aptitude to know what is happening around the world to grab every single opportunity that appears to be waste at first.
It is my advice to each and everyone to come out of "the results and grade cycle".
It will only depreciate your productivity in the long run.

It is only the learning that will push you up when anything else can't help you out.

Read books, engage with the practical aspect of the theory, formulate strategies, and soon you will develop the maturity to look at the world with different perspectives.
