It makes you sad for no reason , makes you sad for the things you cannot change , and then it starts getting into your head that's when it starts hitting you everything you do with even the slightest relevance to the person you start missing them for eg :"from the sun is yellow ,to omg she looked so pretty in yellow I regret not trying to stop her from going the 58th time" in no time . And you just can't control it.

WORST THING ABOUT A PERSON WHO OVERFEELS IS THE HEART GROWS IT'S OWN BRAIN ,
AND TRUST ME THE HEART IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO HANDLE ONE .

You dont OVERTHINK you OVERFEEL.

And I feel knowing this thing is so important. Being a person who overfeels is being the best and worst together. It's called so cause you feel the same day over and over again without being able to change it the second or third time and that's what makes you regret over your decision every time you feel it . It's like when you watch your favourite movie with a sad ending you know how it's gonna end and still every single time it pinches hard......

None the less there are some advantages of being an overthinker .
You imagine the worst things for yourself sometimes that prepares you for the worst and the things happening don't tend to pinch you much .
You became good at understanding people coz you have already kept yourself in their place before making the decision.
You go through the mistakes multiple times so you learn multiple times and tend to make fewer mistakes the next time.
And lastly you OVERLOVE which is important coz people like you are very few and I am thankful that people like us exist, our overloving /overgiving makes it a better place to live
