A RAY OF HOPE

It's all dark all around,
There's no hope seen,
I feel restless & marooned,
Stained with weakness & sin.

Overwhelmed with pain and suffering,
I struggle to walk straight but limping,
I cried, I wept but to no avail,
My life sunk and became a living hell.

But then I see a light sparkling afar,
Calling me out of the darkness,
To breathe the freedom-fresh-air,
And live out the purpose in grace.

God is living and loving,
He is an ever watchful guardian,
Mindful of our every pain,
Faithful Savior He has always been.
