One non-human four legged being
Henceforth
Life became much peaceful
And more livable

You were the nicest
Only when you slept

Well days and months with you
Made us think the opposite
The lovable fellow you have grown into
Even strangers can't resist you
Your charm, your sweetness and love
I cannot think of a day without you
Though you can't talk my tongue

Meaning of every woofs

The only weakness you have
Is that jealousy out of love
I adore you more with every passing day

കാണുവാൻ
സ്വർണ്ണ കിരണങ്ങളൂർജ്ജം
പരത്തുന്നു
ചെന്നുചേരുവാനിടങ്ങളിനിയും
മാടി മാടി വിളിക്കുന്നു
പോവട്ടെ ഞാൻ

പാതി വിരിയെ കൊഴിഞ്ഞൊരാ പൂവും
കയ്യിലൊതുക്കി പതിയെ നടന്നു
സൂര്യൻ ചുവന്ന് തുടുത്ത് മറഞ്ഞതും
വെറുതെ കണ്ടങ്ങിരുന്നു
വാടിത്തളർന്നോരിതളുകൾ
മൃദുവായ് തലോടി, കല്ലു പതിച്ചൊരാ
ചെറു ചെപ്പിനുള്ളിലടച്ചു
നെഞ്ചോട് ചേർത്ത് പിടിച്ചു
ചെപ്പ് ചെറുതായ് നനഞ്ഞു
തട്ടിൻപുറത്തൊരു കോണിൽ
കിളിവാതിലിന്റെയടുത്ത്, ചെപ്പും
ഭദ്രമായ് സൂക്ഷിച്ച് വച്ചു

പാതകൾ പലതാണ്
പഴയ കാലടികൾ കാണായ
പാതകൾ പ്രിയം പലർക്കും
എത്തേണ്ടിടമറിയുന്ന പാതകൾ
ചിലർ പുതിയ പാതകൾ
തനിയെ തെളിച്ചു നടന്നു
പുതിയ കാഴ്ചകൾ കണ്ടു
വെല്ലുവിളികളും പുതുതായിരുന്നു
കേട്ടുകേൾവി ഇല്ലാത്തവ
അടുത്ത ചുവടെവിടേക്കെന്നറിയില്ല
എവിടെത്തുമെന്നുമറിയില്ല
കൗതുകമാണ് വഴികാട്ടി
പ്രേരണ ഉള്ളിലെ ചെറിയ ശബ്ദവും

പലവട്ടമീവഴി വന്നിരുന്നെങ്കിലും
ഇന്നു കാണുന്നതന്ന് തെളിഞ്ഞിരുന്നില്ല
മാറിയിട്ടില്ലൊന്നുമിവിടെയെങ്കിലും
മാറ്റം മനസ്സിനുള്ളിൽ മാത്രം
ഇവിടെയായിരുന്നില്ലൊരിക്കലും മനം
മുമ്പെവിടൊക്കെയോ തിരക്കിലാണ്ടിരുന്നു
പായുന്ന പാച്ചിലുകളിലൊരിക്കലും
പാതയോരങ്ങൾ കാണില്ല
പതിയെ തൃപ്തനായ് പോകുന്നവനു
