SPEECH OF A MONSOON EVE

Pre-monsoon eve
Gives a reason why I live.
In sky no star
Black clouds no far.
Little cold breeze
Making whole body freeze.

Cracks are waiting to be patch
And roots are waiting to catch,
The big drops of rain
And overflow of river drain.
Farmer makes his lips curve
And cool his body nerve.

That's pre-monsoon eve
Gives a reason to live.
