10. Did you tell your mind every hour not to think of the past and let go of all your mistakes?
11. Did you look at yourself in the mirror and said "I love you!"
12. Did you keep away your screen while eating and talking?
13. Did you enjoy your coffee/tea without texting or watching tv?
14. Did you look into your loved ones eyes and said a few loving words?
15. Did you teach your mind to recall only good things from past to make you smile?
16. Did you listen to the music for a few minutes and forgot the world?
