The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden..
As it is easy to say,
My chest is paining, than to say my heart is broken.
From a short time, this depression word is getting so evolved and getting used everywhere...
The people who are having headache, are also considering themselves as depressed.
The people who have to gain some kind of sympathy, are also considering themselves as depressed.
But the reality is that - they are those one who don't even know what actually depression is!
Depression is not to be stay awake at night,
Depression is not post something sad,
Be mature enough to deal with your problems instead of posting this all on various platforms for gaining sympathy.
The person who is actually depressed is the one, who can't recognise his identity,
And loose all his feelings to cope up with!

Why they get everything leaving you with nothing?
Why this soul is dying?
Why this heart is crying?
Why are these question arising?
Why there is no will to see the sun rising?
All this gives a mark of questioning the self worth,
