Help desk / customer care of many organizations is becoming Help less Desk.
They dont know much and direct people here and there.

Sir we would like to keep your phone on hold for a while.When they again connect back for the solution almost half an hour is wasted and the solution is you just have to visit our nearest office.

And then they say, if any other assistance is required we are there to help.
