I find myself lost most times,
Because, when i lose myself in deep thoughts,
Retracing my steps, i find myself lost in thoughts of unimaginable things, unrealistic pain i drowned in.

In the process of finding the lost me, i lost myself again.
Walking the same path didn't help
because i knew i was lost but then,
I didn't know where i got lost.

Places i have skipped with my life on my hands hold me down and prevent me from finding myself.
I got lost and decided to find myself, only to get lost in my lost self.

I set out to find them both,
The route i have forgotten,
But the pattern, i remember,
A step in,
And i find myself lost again
