It was december 27, 2017.
Vyom was driving back to Bashirhat from Digha after enjoying a solo holiday. It was around 10 pm and he was enjoying driving on empty roads.

Suddenly, Vyom noticed a lady waiting alone at a bus stand near Atkaria and he slowed down a bit, stopping eventually. She looked old, tired and had a bag which she grabbed and hurried towards his car.
Something told Vyom to be ready to accelerate soon.

She knocked at Vyom's window asking him to roll it down, which he did no more than 2 cm. "My husband threw me out of the house and i'm all alone. My family lives about half an hour from here. Will you give me a ride? Please, i'm no ghost", she pleaded with an intriguing smile on her face. She was pale and had unkempt hair.
"I'm not going that way, i'm sorry" , Vyom lied and started accelerating.

"Good decision" , she yelled from behind and these words still send chills down his spine till today.

The last hug moment,
still amorous today;
Two souls dissolved
in the red wine.
Had lost my sobriety,
I was intoxicated.
And were weaving stories
throughout the perky rain,
when I ran my finger
up your arm,
tracing the large vein.

In every seed
that shows the courage to crack,
In every soul that takes pain
to fight back.
Triumph exists in each and every thought
that shows courage
to experiment with life, a lot.

Little did I know,
That people are always going to judge you,
Although, "why" is a question for them too.
