तड़पती रही सब से मिलने के लिए
पर हर वक्त फटकार ही सुन लिया
आंखो में उड़ने की आस थी
पर जमाना मेरे गले की फांस थी।
अंग थी मैं आपकी
फिर कैसे मुझे सबने कलंक कह दिया
मैं हर बात सहती हु
क्योंकि मैं एक बेटी हु।।
कितना भी दूर कर दो मैं वापस चली आऊंगी
बुरे वक्त में मां बाप का सहारा बन जाऊंगी।
न कहलाना है मुझे बेटा
