Dear YQ,

You gave a platform to write that is really great, but is it fair that there are
no strong features that supports proper back up, I made a payment to download booklet and miserably failed to download all quotes, it is really painful to take back up of all quotes, also does captioned write ups will also be backed up, have spent almost hours but download just pauses..

It is indeed painful experience!

You might have got a better business and choose to shutdown, every writer has bondage with their emotions and words , how can they shut down those thoughts and bond with each quote, and also this app? indeed thankful and grateful but also few experiences w.r.t security, features are terrible.

Please do help to quicken the download process

But will badly miss you :(
