Lost count. Recursive it was.
Decided to end.

Didn't end in a need,
ended up wanting more
from you.

Losing is Winning

When you dont get what you want,
Then, losing is winning.
As you will get what you need
Next time.
Because your need is much greater than
Your want.

Want And Need
Once Upon a Time there were two little children
One was named Want and the other was named Need
Want was a detestable child and his head was filled with greed
He cosseted his possessions and his desire was to aquire
Whilst Need was far more likeable
She only asked for what she could required
And when she had received her fill
She would quietly retire
One day Need asked her brother Want
For some coins to buy some food
Want just laughed in the face of Need
And treated her very rude
Then one day Want stole his mother's ring
And hid it out of sight
The mother questioned Want and Need
To teach them wrong from right
Need just cried for her mother's love
And Want just grinned about his deed
So the mother gave Need the love she sought
And Needs innocence was believed
But Want was scolded and sent to bed As his mother he had been aggrieved

Why is a wanted love
So hard to get
Than a needed love?
Why are wants
Ruled by our hearts
And our needs
By our conscious minds?
I know I want you,
But I also know
That you don’t deserve my love
Why does my mind understand it
And not my heart?
Maybe because,
You need such beautiful regrets
To understand
That love is not needed,
But wanted for our
Hearts to see beyond the bruises
And that’s when you need love
To walk you through what you see.
