बेमतलब के ख़्वाबों से रिहा कर दे ऐ ख़ुदा !

कि ला-इंतिहा ख़्वाबों का बोझ अब घुटन सी लगती है !!

In this very bottomless dungeon
Of my mind
Where umpteen questions unanswered
Lay cozy but frozen and dead
Many pending wishes lay one by one
Blended and perished eaten by
Rodents of Time.
I smell death's cold bitterness
Fearing to trudge even my feet
Rejects this sealed part
Do i know that such a place exist
In my mind's leeway?
Perhaps amidst some little things
Of momentary happiness
Must have concealed it
Never to prick this again
To create a deadly slumber
Betwixt this bubble drop Life.

छोटी सी तो जिंदगी है, और ऊपर से सपने इतने सारे
इन छोटे-छोटे सपनों को पूरा करने में क्या आप देंगे साथ हमारे...

राह में अधकुचले फूल की मानिंद...
पड़ीं हैं कुछ ख़्वाहिशें.....
औरतें बन कर....
उन्हें, अहसास भी नहीं आधे तक कुचले जाने का....
ना ही इंतज़ार पूर्णतः धरा में मिलने का,
वो बस पड़ीं हैं...
खुशबू बिखेरती हुईं…..
स्वतः ही इति की और अग्रसर ....

कुछ ख़्वाहिशें... औरतें बनकर

खर्चों और तंख्वाह की खींचातानी में रहते हैं,
कुछ ख़्वाब मेरे अधूरे से इसी में उलझे रहते हैं।

Phir kaha tumne, "maine to tujhe apnaya,

Kasoor sab tera,
Ab nehin ana dobara...........

एक डोर से बंधी पतंग सी हो गई है ज़िंदगी,
उड़ तो हवाओं में रहा हूं,
पर अब भी उम्मीद
सिर्फ "डोर"पर ही टिकी है....
