एक चांदनी का अक्स जो छोड़े,
अचंभित आंखो से निकले ,
नूर जो घूंघट ओढ़े,
नाक की बाली, चंद्रमा सी लागी,
जो उसके आगे शर्म में गढ़े,
संस्कारों से पूर्ण,
शर्म - हय्या से बंधी करुणामयी,
करे हल्दी - चंदन से श्रृंगार बढ़े।।

The third day of Pongal, we celebrate in every January, is called Kanuma and that night we draw chariot-shaped Rangoli. We draw ropes to this chariot so long until we converge in a bonfire that we light on the first day, Bhogi, at the intersection of several streets.

It's like all these chariots are being driven into the bonfire. An eye-catcher the next morning during sunrise.

Time changed...
Evolution took place...
Things got advanced...
But humans...
Still clinging to unwanted traditions like dowry...
Still holding onto racism, cast system and gender differentiation...
Like a leopard can't change his sopts...

She was dressed up
With beautiful red saree,
And Tied her hair tight,
With a red tickley,
Twinkling between her sharp eyebrows,
A charming smile marked her beauty,
Her pallu is her grace,
Her confidence are her jumkas,
Her inner strength sounds with her anklets,
And, yeah! She's a Indian pride lady,
Who's being respected by the whole world.
