When your thoughts torture you,
The uncertainty and silence haunts you,
And there is this lump in your throat..

Those sleepless nights,
When your pillow is your only friend,
That you just hold on to it so tight,
And burst into silent sobs..

Those sleepless nights,
When you keep tossing and turning,
And just staring at the ceiling,
Wondering "Why only me? Always..".
