भेड़िए अगर शिकार करना बन्द नहीं कर सकते तो
जरूरत है हम खुद भी सामर्थ्य पूर्ण हो
आत्म सुरक्षा के लिए कोई शस्त्र साथ रखने की
अनुमति जरूर प्रदान हो हर महिला वर्ग को
चार हाथ करना मारपीट कराटे ये सब
अपनी बेटियो को जरूर सिखाए
स्कूली शिक्षा के साथ सही तरह से जीवन जीना
इत्यादि आवश्यक बातें जरूर सिखाई जाए
सोशल मीडिया, सिनेमा, टीवी सीरियल्स पर पैसा कमाने के लिए अश्लीलता से जुड़े हर चीज पर प्रतिबन्ध जरूर लगा देना चाहिए......

That pain, unrecognised by doctor, had decided already to spoil my body anyhow.... Its neither diagnosed by any doctor so further never cured, just heavy medications steroids & pain killers spoiling my body more....
That pain is too clever it had already decided to spoil my body in all way.....

क्या करेगा हकीम कोई उपाय....

रूह काप जाती है जब देखती हूं उन्हें रोते मातम मनाते उनके किसी अपने के गुजर जाने पे,
सोचती हूं क्यों ये रित बनाई है भगवान ने ?
अपने दिए मोह दिया प्यार के साथ,
और फिर गम और आंसू भी दिए उनके बिछड़ने की बात....
सोचती हूं ये दिन ना आए कभी मेरी ज़िन्दगी में
पर रीत बनी है हकीकत है यही तो
मेरी सांसे रुक जाए ऐसे दिन देखने से पहले....

yes coz there is no sense of explaining things to them they will shit wherever they want... Indisciplined and people with less I.Q are among those....

लोगो की खुशियों में खुशी खुशी शामिल हो कर जी भर आंनद लेते देखा है मैंने लोगो को,
पर जब बात किसी के दुःख के घड़ी की हो ना जाने क्यों वो जी चुराकर छुप जाते है दूर कहीं
क्या इतना मुश्किल होता है किसी के आंसू पोंछ उन्हें अपने गले से लगाना......

There was a time when doctors were really god to people, but now most of them are doing just a business.......
I can understand that their profession is bread butter to them but I don't find a point for their huge consultation fees like Rs.500 or Rs.700....
Every other person is suffering with some health issues & they need to get cured but not everyone is able to afford such huge consultation charges.....
A nice doctor in profession must be pocket friendly too so that people of any financial category can afford him....
