Sometimes,

I feel the need of self love,

To rescue myself.

Everyday she used to swallow
her guilt down her throat
as she had to strip bare for
keeping the family alive!!

These problems are in your plate
Because only you can digest them

Bitter truths, if swallowed,
transfigures into nectar.

And once you have learned to love the truth,
It is then impossible to swallow any treachery.

Being patient is like

oil floating on water,

being surrounded by it,

not allowing it to swallow,

spreading own-self to set new limits

and shining like never before.

I swallowed all my pains
Into the wardrobe of my wounds....
I swallowed all the happiness
Into the cupboard of my blood...
Happiness gets their way out across the body through blood....
But the pains stays forever inside the heals of wound......
Inside the memories of mind....

of loneliness with
my poems &
silently they gift me
peace

Don't swallow abuses,
Your taste of self respect
will turn bitter...
