नास्ति विद्यासमो बन्धुर्नास्ति विद्यासमः सुहृत् ।
नास्ति विद्यासमं वित्तं नास्ति विद्यासमं सुखम् ॥

अर्थात् : - विद्या के सामान कोई बंधु नहीं , विद्या जैसा कोई मित्र नहीं , विद्या धन के जैसा अन्य कोई धन या सुख नहीं . अतः विद्या इस लोक में हमारे लिए सकल कल्याण की वाहक है , अतएव विद्यार्जन जरूर करनी चाहिए .

Result season is on. Some students get good marks and some dont. Some are going to join their dream college and some are still unaware of what they are going to do. Some students scored unexpectedly high and some unexpectely low.

In this poem i've tried to pen down all possible thoughts that comes a student's mind regarding his or her 'PRESENT'. Yes you read that right. This is not about future. And his or her present is all about the people who matter to them. For more details checkout the poem below and do leave your comments.

زِندگی میں ہم یونہی تنہا تنہا سے رہتے ہے۔۔۔۔
اپنی ہی یادوں میں ہم کھوئے کھوئے سے رہتے ہے۔۔۔

REAL friends don't get offended when you insult them. They smile an call you something more offensive.
This kind of friends we only found in student life.

उस रोज़ जो हुआ वो सबको पता है
उस रोज़ तक का सफर किसीने जानना ही नहीं चाहा
तेरे selection के बाद ये करेंगे वो करेंगे सबने कहा
पर अगर ना हुआ तो क्या करेगें ये किसी ने बताना ही नहीं चाहा
सबको पता था वो बातें कम करने लगा था आजकल
पर वजह को कभी किसीने जानना ही नहीं चाहा
हां.. कुछ दिनों से लाईट जल्दी बन्द हो जाती थी उसके रूम की
"पढ़ना कम कर दिया है शायद" ये अंदाजा सब ने लगाया
वो अंधेरे में सोता भी था या रोया करता था
ये किसीने कभी जानना ही नहीं चाहा
सबको खबर थी कि बड़ा बेखबर सा रहता हैं वो
उससे पूछ सके इतना किसी के पास वक्त ही नहीं पाया
वो कहता तो था " कुछ ठीक सा नहीं है"
पर शायद वो कभी अपने हालात किसीको बता ही नहीं पाया
काश कि उस रोज़ कोई तो उसके साथ होता
उसने खुद को इतना अकेला ना पाया होता
काश कि उसे जीत के बाद क्या करेंगे ना बताकर
हार के बाद कैसे संभालेंगे ये समझाया होता।।
