She gets a headache every now and then, but she takes an aspirin and goes back to studies.

She barely talks to her parents and husband. She barely has time to enjoy with her kids.

She locks herself up in her room with the books while all her friends party, calling her a nerd.

No, she isn't antisocial. She isn't really an introvert. She is just a doctor struggling hard, ignoring her health, ignoring her happiness and pain, so that you will be happy and healthy.
