" Do you ever get so annoyed at every little thing that you start to get pissed off at even your puppy who simply staring at you or your mom who's just talking to you?! Or, have you ever suddenly started to feel asleep during the day time too? It's all just annoying me more and more and this 'clumsiness'..Oh god I can't take this anymore!",she said in a trembling voice.

Her best friend smiled and kissed on her forehead saying ,"don't worry, it's quite normal. Perhaps you'd have a sleep deprivation?So , stop overthinking and go to sleep ".

If you are sleep deprived then,
you must be worrying for too long.
As sleeping is all about,
taking a break from this world,
entering a subconscious state,
combining your perceptions & things
which you watch during daytime.
If you are sleep deprived then,
stay away from caffeine & products
containing it.
If you are sleep deprived then,
read some novel or jolt down your
dilemma in a diary,
you will definitely feel better.
Mother's lap and her lullaby,
have always been the best ,
